Chapter 6 Routine Maintenance
6.1 DigiVAC Routine Maintenance Schedule

1.
Check Main Air Filter and replace if blocked or
dirty (see Section 3.6.5)
2.
Check Vacuum Valve Filters and replace if blocked
or dirty (see Section 3.5.9)
3.
Check Vacuum Valves for dust. Strip down and
clean out if required (see Section 3.5.10)
4.
Check Rear Door Switch for operation, adjust if
required
5.
Check Main Drive Belt tension, adjust if required
(see Section 3.6.9)
6.
Check Bin Module Drive Belt condition and ten-
sion, adjust if required (see Sections 3.5.13 and
3.5.14)
7.
Check Feeder Clutch Drive Belt condition and ten-
sion, adjust if required (see Sections 3.3.2 and
3.5.12)
8.
Check Feeder Band condition, and that it has not
become stretched Replace if required (see Sec-
tion 3.5.2)
9.
Check Tacho Magnet and sensor for position and
tightness (see Section 3.6.4)
10. Check condition of all electrical cables and input
socket
11. Check condition of all Green conveyor belts.
Clean if dirty using either Isopropanol or soapy
water. Replace if stretched and loose
12. Check all fixing screws are tight
13. Check and clean dust from sensor emitter and
receiver
14. Check Conveyor wheels for condition and clean if
dirty using either Isopropanol or soapy water.
Replace if worn or damaged (see Section 3.5.16)
15. Lubricate the Main Pivot Shaft on the Jogger
using Oil
