Remove the steering column. 

-  

Using the specific tool, remove the top steering 
column  bearing  seat  from  underneath  the 
steering  head,  as  shown  in  the  figure.  Then, 
from  the  top,  remove  the  lower  steering 

bearing seat.

Using  the  specific  tool,  remove  the  steering 
column  ball-cage  bearing  seat  and  the  dust 
cover on the steering column, as shown in the 

figure. Use a mallet.
