Instance Attribute “Admin State”
The attribute indicates the ability to use the Ethernet interface for administration, for example, for
changing the settings.
For this attribute, only value "administration enabled" (01h) is supported. An attempt to disable tthe
administration (by writing value 02

) will result in an error.
