6.6.8.2 Transition of operation modes: NORMAL → SLEEP → NORMAL
When returning to the NORMAL mode from the SLEEP mode, the warm-up is activated automatically.
The CGOSCCR<WUODR[11:0]> and <WUODRL[1:0]> are set to the stable time of an external low-
speed oscillator.
Returning to the NORMAL mode by reset does not induce the automatic warm-up. The reset signal as
same as a cold reset should be input.
