Masks protect bits of block3 through block 0.
0: Release the protect function (Protect bit is mask.)
1: - (Protect bit is not masked.)
When the corresponding bit is "0", this block is released. When the corresponding bit is "1", the correspond-
ing bit is set to the protect state(each bit of FCPSRA) and this block in the Flash memory becomes protect
state.
Note 1: This register is initialized by system reset.
