Remote Control Device Overview
Reset (RE) Command
Entering the
RE
command resets the
TDR7, reloads all programmable logic and firmware, and restarts the
system. All configuration parameters return to the last saved settings
stored in non–volatile (flash) memory.
NOTE: Resetting the
TDR7
The run–time clock resets to 00:00:00, Day 0 whenever you
reset the
TDR7
or turn the power off and then back on. After you
reset the unit or turn the power on, use the
TI
command to set
the current day and time.
NOTE: Before You Reset the
TDR7
The
TDR7
clears the fault history log whenever you reset the
unit. If you are experiencing problems and decide to reset the
unit, first issue the
FH
command, then write down all faults
contained in the fault history log. You may need to use the list of
faults as a troubleshooting aid.
