Element
Description
Header
The header is present on all pages and contains
the library type (Scalar i40 or Scalar i80) and three
buttons:
Home
— Brings you to the home page.
Help
— Displays the online help.
Logout
— Logs out of the current session.
A message in the header alerts you when the
robot is not ready to perform library functions.

header.
Menu bar
Displays the available menu choices. The choices
vary depending on login privileges.
The far right of the menu bar also displays the
name of the logged-in user, with the associated
privilege level indicated in brackets.
Active display
The active display provides information or menu
items according to the selected menu item or
operation.
Web Client Home Page
The home page displays status and health information in the active
display portion of the window (see
Figure 19
on page 33). See

Summary

Subsystem Status
below for more information.
System Summary
The system summary is available on the home page of the Web client.
It provides tabular data on the capacity of the library’s partitions, slots,
and tape drives. It also displays whether partitions are online or offline
