Disabling Passwords on
the Operator Panel
If you no longer want to use passwords on the operator panel, you can
disable them. Once you disable the Admin password, the user password
is also automatically disabled. You can only do this on the operator
panel.
Operator Panel

Select
Setup > Account Settings > Password Settings
.
Admin Password
is highlighted.

Press
Modify
to modify the Admin password.
Enabled
is now highlighted.

Press the
Down
button to change the setting to
Disabled
.

Press
Apply
.

Save the library configuration (see
Saving the Library Configuration
on page 101).
Modifying Passwords
on the Operator Panel
Once passwords are created, you can modify them.

.

buttons to select
admin
or
user
.

Enter the current password and press
Apply
