Using the Web Client
Default Administrative
User Account
The library ships with a default administrative user account for use on
the Web client. The default administrative user account has the
following settings:
• User name:
admin
• Password:
password
.
The first time you access the library via the Web client, when you see the
Login
screen, type
admin
in the
User Name
text box and
password
in the
Password
text box. As soon as you complete the initial library setup, you
should change the password on the default administrative account. For
information on changing passwords, see
Modifying Local User Accounts
on the Web Client
on page 82.
Note:
You cannot delete the default administrative user account or
modify the user name. You can, however, change the
password.
Note:
If you misplace the password for the default administrative
account, contact Quantum Technical Support (see
Getting
More Information or Help
on page xxiv).
