10.2 Input/Output Timing
10.2.1 Starting Inspection - One Time
Overview
Start Setting: One inspection is performed per start signal input when this function is set to "Once".
Timing Chart
T1 > 1 ms
T2 = “Inspection execution time” or “Minimum time for READY signal OFF”. The times vary depending on
the setting.
T3 = Min. 1 ms
1. Make sure that READY signal is on, and then input START signal for more than 1ms (T1>1
ms).
2. READY signal is turned off within 1 ms after START signal is input. Then, image import starts.
3. After the image import is completed, REND signal is turned on.
4. After the program execution, judgement results D1- D8 are output.
5. After D1 - D8 are output, READY signal is recovered (OFF to ON) and REND signal is turned
off.
T2 time for READY signal OFF differs depending on program. If the minimum time of READY signal OFF is
longer than the inspection execution time, T2 time will be the minimum time for READY signal OFF.
6. Result is output.
Result Output: Using a CF card and Ethernet
After READY signal is recovered, the results are output by the time of the next START signal input (while
READY signal is on). If the results are not output by then, communication is disconnected and the rest of
the data are output upon the end of inspection.
Result Output: Serial (Async.)
After READY signal is recovered, the results are output in manner of RS232C before READY signal is
turned on. If result output is completed within the time, communication will be disconnected and rest of the
data will be output upon end of the inspection.
Result Output: Serial (Per Start), Computer Link
READY signal is not recovered until communication is completed.
