1.  Follow the same steps 1- 3 for Calculation Result and Judgement of Numeric/Judgement 

Calculation to quote statistics data. 

2. Select 

"Statistics". 

The cursor moves to the value on the right of “Statistics”. 

 

3.  Specify a statistics number 00 - 16 and press the ENETER key. 

The subwindow is displayed. If the number of scans is quoted, specify “00”. 

4.  Choose the desired item. 

The symbol beginning with "QS" is displayed.
