Rope winch menu item
On the rope winch menu you are able to switch all functions relating to the winch on or off.
Available functions, if present:
Rope winch system - Synchronised rope control SRC:
Limitation:
Switch SRC off/on - Press SELECT button.
The system does not function if the rope winch is switched off.
For how to operate the system refer to ‘SRC Synchronised rope control’, chapter
5.
Rope winch system - Rope tension control RTC:
Limitation:
Switch RTC off/on - Press SELECT button.
The system does not function if the rope winch is switched off.
For how to operate the system refer to ‘RTC Rope tension control’, chapter 5.
Switch rope winch on or off:
In order to avoid incorrect operation, winch mode can be fundamentally
deactivated by pressing the SELECT button.
Switching off the rope winch disables all rope winch functions. RTC and SRC get
deactivated. Switching over to rotator or counter weight is possible. When you
switch back to rope winch, it remains disabled if it was so before the switchover. It
is the rope winch function that is disabled, not the lever.
If the rope winch is deactivated, this gets shown accordingly in the crane graphic
in the main display area.
