Paltronic 150 control system
Paltronic 150 is an electronic crane control system. It contains all of the safety systems that are
contained within the standard crane configuration and that can be used during crane operation.
Cranes that are equipped with Paltronic 150 are operated by remote control.
Note!
Use manual operation only in emergencies!
Activating Paltronic 150
Paltronic 150 activates automatically when the crane is supplied with power. The emergency cut-off
button must not be activated.
Key switch
The following operating modes can be selected using the key switch:
x Manual support operation
x
Radio remote control operation of crane (optionally stabilizers)
x Emergency operation (crane operated from crane operating station)
Manual support operation - left switch position
Cranes with manual stabilization can be prepared for deployment. Radio controlled supports can only
in emergencies be operated manually with this switch position, refer to chapter 5 'Emergency operation
after remote control failure’.
Remote control operation - centre switch position
Crane in normal working operation. All crane functions and any existing additional functions are
available. Radio controlled supports via remote control.
Emergency operation - right switch position
Crane can be operated manually via the emergency control element. Only crane movements and a few
additional functions that are needed for operation are possible. The stabilizers can only be operated by
switching to manual support operation.
