1 Move the load arm into working position (see ‘Move the load arm to a working position’ in chapter
‘Preparing for crane operation’):
A
x Move the outer boom in vertical position.
x Push the extension booms out to distance A (until approx.
50 cm (2 ft) before the pulley head).
2 Assembling the pulley head:
Note!
For the pulley head load capacity refer to ‘Technical data’.

x Fasten and lock the connecting block (A) in the extension
boom using pins.
x
Actuate ‘Extend extension boom’ until the connecting
block can be attached to the pulley head (B).
x Fasten and lock the pulley head and connecting block
with pin (B).
x
Rotate the pulley head upwards, until it is possible to
fasten and lock it in the load lug (C).
