Power Link rope winch (foldable winch)
A crane being operated with rope winch on the main boom and fly-jib may be equipped with a Power
Link rope winch. This is required with certain fly-jib variants as otherwise the crane cannot be folded
into transport position.

Note!
The winch must only be operated in working position. Only then will
the rope be properly wound onto the rope drum.
Moving the rope winch in working position:
Warning!
If you fold the crane in transport position with the rope winch in
working position, the rope winch and the crane will get damaged.
It is prohibited to fold the crane in transport position with the Power
Link rope winch being in working position.
Move the rope winch in working position only when the crane (including fly-jib) is already in working
position.

From the rope winch menu select the item ‘Fold rope winch’ (see ‘Rope winch menu item’, chapter
5, ‘Safety equipment’ ‘Paltronic 150 control system’).

Look at the display to see which lever you need to actuate (1).

Move the highlighted lever in direction (2): The winch moves in the direction indicated by the arrow.

Move the highlighted lever in direction (3): The winch moves in the opposite direction of the arrow.
