Operation
Moving the crane into transport position:
x
Remove the lower load block and store it properly.
Caution!
If the rope is not reeved in all of the provided deflection pulleys and
intermediate pulleys, it may rub against parts and hence get damaged
or even break. This may lead to severe injury.
x
Make sure the rope is properly reeved over all provided deflection pulleys and intermediate
pulleys.
x
Reeve and secure the rope in the rope securing pin.
Note!
Depending on the fly-jib model the rope must be reeved
appropriately.
Caution!
When the rope runs over the pulley head, the rope may break when
moving the extension booms of the fly-jib. This may lead to severe
injury.
For how to move the pulley head that folds up in the axial direction in working position / transport
position refer to ‘Rope winch’, chapter 6. When the rope is reeved back to the rope securing pin
via pulley head (only on PJ060 and PJ080), it is prohibited to move the extension booms of the
fly-jib.
