DO Probe Polarization
#
NOTES:
If the probe has been disconnected from a voltage source (either the unit’s
O
2
amplifier or a separate polarizing module) for longer than 5 minutes, it
will need to be re-polarized.
To re-polarize:
Connect the probe to the operating O
2
amplifier (or polarizing module).
Allow SIX HOURS FOR POLARIZATION prior to calibrating the probe.

DO Probe Calibration: Setting Zero
#
NOTE:
The DO probe is calibrated after sterilization.
There are two methods to obtain zero for calibrating the DO probe. Review
both methods and use the one you prefer:

Remove the DO cable from the DO electrode.
