Step 3:
In the media details window, you can make various settings.
Name Description
Media name

Current /measured media: you are free to give a name to the media.

Requested media: If the RIP file contains media information, the
name will appear.
Media type

Current /measured media: Choose which kind of media you are
using. You can choose either Roll media or Cut sheet / rigid media.

Requested media: If the RIP file contains media information, the
media type will appear.
Media width

Current /measured media: Displays the media width automatically if
measuring the media automatically. If measuring the media
manually, you need to fill it in.

Requested media: If the RIP file contains media information, the
media width will appear.
Position

Only available when the Automatic width measurement checkbox is
not selected.

Current /measured media: Displays the media position automatically
if measuring the media automatically. If measuring the media
manually, you need to fill it in.
Media length

Current /measured media: For future use.

Requested media: If the RIP file contains media information, the
media length will appear.
Media thickness

Current /measured media: Fill in the media thickness.

Requested media: If the RIP file contains media information, the
media thickness will appear.
