When deleting a job, a warning message appears.
Step 5:
Select OK to permanently delete the job from the job pool and hard drive.
4.12.7 Deleting print jobs from the job pool when done
Step 1:
Click the
Job management
tab.
Step 2:
In the job pool, select the trash-bin checkbox of the print jobs you want to delete
when printed.
Step 3:
As soon as you have printed the print file, the print file is being deleted from the job
pool.
