No card reader found

The USB-card reader could not be found on the Zephyr TS's master-computer.
Check if the reader is properly connected and restart the printer.
If the problem persists, please contact your authorized Mutoh technician for more information.

No dongle detected

The USB-dongle could not be found on the Zephyr TS's master-computer.
Before rebooting, check if the dongle is properly connected to the correct USB port.
If the problem persists, please contact your authorized Mutoh technician for more information

8.4.5 

Print engine software error / Print swathe timeout error

An internal software error has occurred.
The printer will automatically try to reinitialize to check if the problem can be recovered.
If this doesn't succeed, try to switch off the printer and restart.
If after this action, the problem remains, please contact a authorized Mutoh technician to 
resolve this issue.

8.4.6 

Emergency stop / emergency switch related errors

The emergency stop is pushed in or the carriage is too much on the left or right side activating 
one of the emergency switches.
Make sure the emergency stop is pulled out properly.
Restart the printer.
If you are sure that the emergency stop is out and the problem persists, please contact your 
authorized Mutoh technician.

8.4.7 

Water level error

The heating circuit inside the printer has insufficient water inside.
The water tank should be filled up, which is provided by Mutoh.
Check also if there is no visual leak (e.g. water on the floor). 
The water should be checked on each regular maintenance from the authorized Mutoh 
technician and refilled when necessary.
