The job pool window appears.

Step 3: 

You have now the option to import the job by copy, import the job via a link or import 
the job via drag and drop.

Importing by copy

Choose "import by copy" to import a pre-ripped file into the Zephyr TS's job pool.
The file will be physically copied to the Zephyr TS's hard disk via the network before making 
print calculations.
It will remain there, until it is deleted by the user.
Advantages of the "import by copy":

Safe, the data is always on the printer's hard disk

Possibly faster, the data is locally available and doesn't has to go over the network or USB 
again

Caution

Be aware that the hard disk is divided into 4 partitions. Partition 1 = C drive has 
a capacity of only 1 Gigabyte. This partition is used for the User Interface and 
Windows. We do advise not to store anything on this partition.
