The following pattern is printed.

Step 5: 

Analyse the test print as follows:

Head 1 is misaligned. The nozzles of head 1 are not positioned exactly in 
between the nozzles of reference head 4. Contact an authorized Mutoh 
technician.

Though the nozzles of head 2 are positioned exactly in between two nozzles of 
reference head 4, head 2 is misaligned. The bottom line of nozzles must always 
be the one of the reference head (in this case, head 4 - magenta). Contact an 
authorized Mutoh technician.

Head 3 is properly aligned. The nozzles of head 3 are exactly in between the 
nozzles of the referenced head 4.
