Clean and grease the roller strips

Tools necessary

Step 1: 

Open the front cover.

Step 2: 

Remove the remaining grease with a swab and a cleaning solution (isopropanol, 
cleaning, acetone,...) from the 4 roller strips.

Step 3: 

Allow the solvent to evaporate until the surface is completely dry.

Step 4: 

Grease the 4 roller strips.

Step 5: 

Power ON the printer and print a few swaths to equally spread out the grease over 
the roller strips and carriage bearings.

Step 6: 

Clean the encoder strip because it might be possible that some grease splashed on 
the encoder strip during the first swaths of printing.
