In this maintenance cover, you will find the throttle at the bottom left side.

Step 2: 

To adjust the value to become a value of 50 ± 12.5, proceed as follows.

Close the throttle in case the value is larger than 62.5.

Open the throttle in case the value is smaller than 37.5.

Step 3: 

Once you have adjusted the value, place the left service cover back and fasten the 
screws.
