8.4 Error messages
8.4.1 Internal hardware error
An internal hardware error has occurred.
The printer will automatically try to reinitialize to check if the problem can be recovered.
If this doesn't succeed, try to switch off the printer and restart.
If after this action, the problem remains, please contact a authorized Mutoh technician to
resolve this issue.
8.4.2 Internal software error
An internal software error has occurred.
The printer will automatically try to reinitialize to check if the problem can be recovered.
If this doesn't succeed, try to switch off the printer and restart.
If after this action, the problem remains, please contact a authorized Mutoh technician to
resolve this issue.
8.4.3 Internal hardware / software error
An internal hardware/software error has occurred.
The printer will automatically try to reinitialize to check if the problem can be recovered.
If this doesn't succeed, try to switch off the printer and restart.

resolve this issue.
8.4.4 Dongle related error
Invalid dongle
Invalid data is detected on the dongle.
Please contact your authorized Mutoh technician for a replacement dongle.
Dongle failed to communicate or initialize
The dongle failed to communicate or initialize. Some software components were unable to
contact the dongle.
Restart the system and try again.
If the error persists, please contact your authorized Mutoh technician for further instructions.
