How to analyse the pattern

Step 1: 

Take a polyknit wiper and softly wipe over the first swath (which is not cured) in 
diagonal direction.

Step 2: 

Check where the boundary of the “cured” - “non-cured” zone is.

Step 3: 

In the middle of the two swaths, a line is printed. This line must fall together with the 
boundary of the “cured” - “non-cured” zone.

Now there are 3 possible results:

The cured - non-cured zone is lying on top of the border line.

No UV lamp adjustment necessary.

The cured - non-cured zone is lying above the border line.

The left or right UV lamp needs to be adjusted. Contact your Mutoh Service technician.

The cured - non-cured zone is lying below the border line.

The left or right UV lamp needs to be adjusted. Contact your Mutoh Service technician.
