This section describes how to create an ME and bind it to a section in an LSP.
Context
If a transport path is a section on an LSP, an ME created for the section must be bound to the
section before MPLS-TP OAM is configured.
Perform the following steps on the MEP and RMEP:

The system view is displayed.

The default mode is standard OAM detection.
