Split horizon configured on the VPLS aggregation network prevents traffic transmission between interfaces
on NPEs. Therefore, the sub-interfaces where common VRRP backup groups are configured on NPEs
cannot exchange VRRP packets, causing the VRRP statues to be Master on both NPE1 and NPE2 in each
common VRRP backup group.
Step 4
Bind each common VRRP backup group to the mVRRP backup group so that the common VRRP
backup groups become service VRRP backup groups.
