Create an HA backup group, add members to the group, and configure a VRRP backup
channel.

Create and configure a VRRP backup group.

Associate HA with VRRP.

Bind the HA backup group to the VRRP backup group.

Create a service instance group and bind it to the HA backup group.
7.
Create a NAT64 instance and bind it to the service instance group.
