Internal Target Failure
The controller has detected a hardware or software condition
that does not allow the requested command to be completed.
If the accompanying sense key is 0x04:
Indicates a hardware failure. The controller has detected what it
believes is a fatal hardware or software failure and it is unlikely
that a retry would be successful.
If the accompanying sense key is 0x0B:
Indicates an aborted command. The controller has detected
what it believes is a temporary software failure that is likely to
be recovered if retried.

Selection Time-out on a Destination Bus
A drive did not respond to selection within a selection time-out
period.

SCSI Parity Error
The controller detected a parity error on the host SCSI bus or
one of the drive SCSI buses.

Initiator Detected Error Message Received
The controller received an Initiator Detected Error Message
from the host during the operation.
