14. Measure the AC voltage between pin 1 and pin 3 of J/P14 (A) on the power
supply P.C. board (see figure 2-14 on page 2-51). The voltage measures
100V AC or more.

Replace the power supply control P.C. board (refer to procedure
4.34). If this solves the problem, go to “Final Actions” on page
2-17. Otherwise, call Hill-Rom Technical Support at (800) 445-
3720.
15. Measure the DC voltage between pin 1 and pin 3 of J/P8 (B) on the power
supply P.C. board. The voltage measures greater than 11V DC.

16. Replace the LON cable.
This solves the problem.

17. Return the bed to its normal operating condition, and go to “Final Actions”
