disable cli-config-logging
Description
Disables the logging of CLI configuration commands to the switch Syslog.
Syntax Description
This command has no arguments or variables.
Default
Disabled.
Usage Guidelines
Every command is displayed in the log window which allows you to view every command executed on
the switch.
The
disable cli-config-logging
command discontinues the recording of all switch configuration
changes and their sources that are made using the CLI via Telnet or the local console. After you disable
configuration logging, no further changes are logged to the system log.
To view the status of configuration logging on the switch, use the
show management
command. The
show management
command displays information about the switch including the enable/disable state
for configuration logging.
Example
The following command disables the logging of CLI configuration command to the Syslog:
disable cli-config-logging
