DMM Connector (Central Site Model Only)
The central site Excalibur ISX 5314 has a connector, labeled
DMM
, that enables you to
daisy-chain the CMS system diagnostic channel. Use Cable Part No. 5956-158V to
connect the DMM connector on the first unit to the
NMI
connector on the next unit.
Continue to daisy-chain units in the same manner:

Note
: Daisy-chaining works only if all units in the daisy-chain are configured to use T7
network management protocol.
AC Power Connection
The standalone Excalibur ISX 5312/5314 draws power from an external power supply.
(Appendix A lists the input voltage specifications for the power supply shipped with
your unit.) To make the power supply connection, plug one end of the power supply
cable into the ISX 5312/5314's power receptacle labeled
POWER
and plug the other end
into the AC outlet.
Caution:
For use with Power Supply Part No. 25C168-01. Pour utilizer avec
alimentation.
