NMS Status
The NMS Status submenu allows you to monitor the current operating status of the
ISX 5312/5314’s T7 dial modem and allows you to view whether T7 is assigned to a
DS0 channel on any DS1 line. To do so, follow these steps, starting from the DSU
Status submenu:

Retry
. The screen displays the number of times the
ISX 5312/5314 redialed a call when the previous attempt was unsuccessful.
Possible displays are
00
through
99
. If you want to set the number of retries
back to zero, press the button beneath
Clear
.
