Adds and removes media from the MCV.

Channels MCV media through the sensor tray and sterile connections to the
bioreactor. The tubing has a sensor that monitors the MCV temperature.

Returns media from the bioreactor. There are two features on the line:
• Media sampling port.
• Valve is manually opened when draining the bioreactor (e.g., at substrate
sampling and media exchange). Valve default position is closed.
T5
Channels transfection agent and inoculum aseptically to the MCV.
T6
Tubing line with red and blue clips to the feed bottle. Feed is added to the
MCV via the feed pump.
T7
Tubing line with yellow and blue clips to the base bottle. Base is added to the
MCV via the base pump.
