Instruction Manual

4. Blue pinch valve tubing load.

•  Locate the 3-way tubing line with blue clips.
•  At one end is the AseptiQuik® connection 

to the bioreactor outlet. 

•  At the other end are 2 tubing lines that 

connect to the Flush and Waste bottles. 

•  Install the white/blue tubing line in the blue pinch valve.  

The white tubing line connects to the Flush bottle. 

•  Install the black/blue tubing line in the blue pinch valve.  

The black tubing line connects to the Waste bottle.

5. Green pinch valve tubing load.

•  Locate the 3-way tubing line with green clips. 
•  At one end is the AseptiQuik® connection to the  

bioreactor inlet. 

•  At the other end are 2 tubing lines that connect to  

the Harvest collection and Harvest Solution. 

•  Install the green/white tubing line into the green  

pinch valve.

•  Aseptically connect the Harvest collection to the  

green/white tubing line (see AseptiQuik® DC  

connection Step 8).

•  Install the green/black tubing line in the green  

pinch valve. 

•  The green/black tubing line connects to the  

Harvest Solution.
