Reminder 2:
The system will remain in its current phase or state until the user acknowledges step completion. Phases do not start
automatically. Only some sub-steps in some phases may start automatically.

Below are tips for running a seamless experiment:
Tip 1:
Make sure the correct bioreactor size is selected.
Tip 2:
Tightly mate AseptiQuik® connections to an audible click (Figure 8-3).
Tip 3:
Pull out to remove the blue tabs after mating the AseptiQuik® connections (Figure 8-4).
Tip 4:
Clamp any unused lines with AseptiQuik® connectors (Figure 8-5). This prevents liquid leaks when pressure is applied or if air is
drawn inside the tubing.
Tip 5:
Pump tubing must be centered in the pump head V-groove clamp (Figure 8-6). Improper tubing placement can cause pump failures.
