•  Pull out both tabs to remove the membranes. 

•  Twist the insert and body to lock the connection. 
•  Continue setting up the Harvest Kit tubing lines. 

•  This figure shows a close-up of the AseptiQuik® DC connector insert which mates with the 

body.
