Instruction Manual

Prime the calibration tubing with water first.

Press the appropriate pump icon on the HMI.

A pop-up faceplate will appear. Follow the steps below:

1. Press Operator. A second pop-up screen will appear.
2. Press the Operator icon.
3. Enter Setpoint (mL/min.)
4. Jog the pump to fill the line with calibration solution. Jog until all air has been removed from

the calibration tubing and replaced with DI water.

Tip:

To activate a pump jog, tap and hold the jog button.

Place the calibration tubing outlet end into an appropriately sized graduated cylinder or bottle.

This example shows a calibration tubing loaded in the media pump.

Enter Pump Speed, and Seq. Duration.
1. Select Sample Type (Mass or Volume).
2. Press Start.

The timer will start running during calibration.
