CORN I NG ASCENT FBR PD SYSTEM

9. Install the agitator motor.

• Align the two slots on the agitator motor magnetic coupling housing with the two tabs on top

of the MCV impeller post to mount the agitator motor.

10. Connect the MCV pressure sensor and MCV sparge line.

Plug in the MCV pressure sensor and MCV sparge line to the interface panel.

11. Install the exhaust filter heater.

• Install the exhaust filter in its wire support so that it is upright.
• Press the buttons to secure the heater blanket around the filter.

12. Close the valve on the media return line.

• Check that the valve on the media return line is closed.
• Turn/twist the media return line to properly orient the tubing lines.

13. Untangle the Feed and Base lines

• Cut zip ties on the Feed and Base tubing lines to loosen and untangle.
• Set tubing lines aside.

14. Connect the MCV temperature sensor.

Plug in the MCV temperature sensor to the connecting cord from the interface panel.
