Scan bar code on Harvest kit sterile bag.

Section 8.4.1

Fill the Harvest Wash bottle with DPBS and the Harvest Solution bottle with e.g., Accutase® in an aseptic

environment.

Set up blue tubing lines in blue pinch valve.

Tip:

Install the white tubing line first then the black tubing line.

Set up green tubing lines in green pinch valve.

Tip:

Aseptically connect the white/green tubing line to the Harvest Collection bottle.

Set up yellow tubing lines in yellow pinch valve.

Connect the Flush bottle air line to the Harvest pressure port.

Select Harvest Preparation on the HMI.

NOTE:

All equipment module controls, heaters, and pumps are turned off.

Clamp the bioreactor inlet and return tubing lines to the MCV.

Load yellow tubing line in the recirculation pump.

Connect the Harvest kit to the bioreactor inlet and outlet. Mate AseptiQuik® connectors to an audible click.

Remove both clamps on the Harvest lines.
