CORN I NG ASCENT FBR PD SYSTEM

3. The steps below are performed automatically by the system:

•  Yellow pinch valve energizes to open to harvest wash.
•  Blue pinch valve is de-energized to open to harvest waste.
•  Green pinch valve is de-energized.
•  3-way valve for pressure is de-energized.
•  Resets Recirculation Pump Totalizer.
•  Starts recirculation pump counterclockwise at Harvest Wash Flow Rate until totalizer reaches Harvest Wash Volume.

4.

User shall acknowledge the Harvest Wash Phase completion prompt.

8.4.3 Cell Release
This Harvest Phase is used to release cells from the FBR by circulating solution from the Harvest Solution bottle through the bioreactor,
through the Harvest Flush bottle and back to the Harvest Solution bottle (Figure 8-10).
