6.4.5 Final Rinse
This phase takes place right before the final Cell Removal Phase to transport any material remaining in the flush bottle to the harvest
solution bottle by pumping extra wash solution through the bioreactor into the flush bottle.
A final cell removal cycle takes place after the final rinse to collect the remaining cells in the collection bottle. Collected cells may be used
for seed train or lysed to extract product. Figure 6-7 highlights the final rinse path. Table 6-18 shows the setpoints controlled.

7.0 Human-Machine Interface (HMI)
This section describes the HMI features and functionalities.
7.1 Main Screen Overview
Figure 7-1 shows the Cell Culture Process screen, which is also the main screen at startup. Table 7-1 lists the navigation buttons along the
left column, the alarm buttons along the base and the status display that provide access to process controls and updates.
NOTE:
On the HMI screens, BRX is a contraction for bioreactor. Both BRX and FBRX are used interchangeably to refer to the Fixed Bed
Reactor (FBR).
