Instruction Manual

2. Connect the media addition line. 

•  Flip open the AseptiQuik® connector blue tab on the media addition line and media addition 

bottle line. 

•  Follow procedure in Section 8.2.1.2.

•  Release the white plastic clamp on the media addition line so that it is open.
•  Keep unused AseptiQuik® connector lines clamped.

The media addition bottle is aseptically connected and ready for batch and prime.

On the HMI, select Media Phases. Select Media Fill/Prime.

3. Media fill.

Enter setpoints:

•  Media Flow Setpoint
•  Media Fill Volume 
•  Recirculation Pump Flow Setpoint 

Press 

 to start Media Fill. 

NOTE: 

The FBR size is automatically determined from the FBR bar code reading and will be 

stored in the BRX Loop Volume under the Data button.

•  Media from the media addition bottle is pumped towards the MCV. 
•  Check MCV liquid increase using the printed graduations on the vessel.
