7.13.1 Remote Access
Remote desktop protocols (RDP) are not recommended to preserve graphic content and scale. Remote live views of the process is possible
via TightVNC which must first be installed on the user's connected computer (Figure 7-61).

Each system application has a specific IP address and a password provided assigned by the user’s IT department when connected to the user’s
network. Password is static and can be assigned for customer at installation. Password length is up to 7 alphanumeric characters (Figure 7-62).

7.13.2 Remote Access to Data File Management
To perform data file management, select the data transfer icon in the top ribbon of the TightVNC application (Figure 7-63) and follow the
steps below (Figure 7-64):
1. Select the DataStorePlus folder.
2. Sort data files by Modified Data and select the newest ProcessData and BatchData files.
3. Select the desired local computer folder based on the folders mapped on the machine that launched TightVNC.
4. Using the double left arrow button, move the file from remote to a local folder.
