BUSHING REPLACEMENT
Extension Housing Bushing
Remove extension housing bushing from housing using
tool J-2 1424-9 with drive handle J-8092. Install extension
housing bushing in housing flush to .010 below seal counter
bore surface using tool J-2 1424-9 with drive handle J-8092
(fig. 7A-98B).
Output Shaft Bushing
W ith output shaft properly supported, remove bushing
using remover J-9534-01 and slide ham m er J-7004 (fig. 7A-
99B). Using tool J-23062-7, install bushing until tool bottoms
on output shaft.
Case Bushing
W ith case properly supported, drive out bushing from
rear of case using tool J-23062-1 and drive handle J-8092.
Using tool J-23062-1 and drive handle J-8092 with extension
J-21465-13, install bushing from interior of case to 3/16"

Stator Shaft Front Bushing
W ith stator shaft properly supported, remove front
bushing using tool J -2 1465-16 and slide ham m er with adapter
J-2619-01 (fig. 7A-100B). Using tool J-2 1242-7 and drive
handle J-8092, install bushing to .250" from face (fig. 7A-
101B).
