Installation

3. (Gen5 control only) Prepare the Host Computer

There is a certain sequence of events that must be followed to ensure that the software is
properly installed and configured. Please follow the instructions provided with Gen5 to
install the software and USB driver.

Gen5 software versions 3.11 and higher require Windows 10.

You must have administrator privileges to install Gen5. Log in to Windows as
“Administrator” or consult your IT department for assistance.
