4.3.7 Toggle commands and result data transmission
The data of a command or result is transmitted the following way with the toggle process.
Commands
Example with command lenght of 20 bytes (payload length 17) and 7 bytes for data transmission per toggle
cycle.

Byte 0 contains the command code, byte 1 and 2 the length and byte 3 .. 19 the payload.
