Performing Measurement

DC I-V Measurements

DC I-V Measurements

The PLSDIV system software also provides the test definitions for the DC I-V 
measurements. You will not need any instruction to perform the DC I-V 
measurement because the test definitions can be executed by the same manner as 
performing an original test definition of EasyEXPERT or Desktop EasyEXPERT.

The following two test definitions are available for the B1500A. And they can be 
used for the DC I-V measurements using the 4155B/C or 4156B/C with the Desktop 
EasyEXPERT Online mode. The Online mode for the 4155B/C or 4156B/C is 
supported by the Desktop EasyEXPERT A.03.00 or later.

The following three test definitions are available for the option B1542A-003, and 
can be used for the DC I-V measurements in the Desktop EasyEXPERT Offline 
mode.
