Performing Measurement

NOTE

If you Use E5270B or E5260 Series

Set the Desktop EasyEXPERT execution mode to Offline. And set the Model to 
B1500A if you are using Desktop EasyEXPERT A.03.00. Then the following test 
definitions are available for the DC I-V measurement.

•

PLSDIV DC IdVd SMU

•

PLSDIV DC IdVg SMU

•

PLSDIV IV SMU

The PLSDIV system software can control the DC source monitor even in the Offline 
mode.

NOTE

If You Use 4155B/C or 4156B/C

Both Online and Offline execution modes are available for the Desktop 
EasyEXPERT A.03.00 users.

Only the Offline execution mode is available for the Desktop EasyEXPERT A.02.00 
users.

To use the Online mode, specify the system controller’s VISA interface ID and the 
DC source monitor’s GPIB address. In the Online mode, the following test 
definitions are available for the DC I-V measurement.

PLSDIV DC IdVd

•

PLSDIV DC IdVg

To use the Offline mode, specify the Model, 4155B, 4155C, 4156B, or 4156C. In the 
Offline mode, the following test definitions are available for the DC I-V 
measurement.

PLSDIV DC IdVd SMU

PLSDIV DC IdVg SMU

•

PLSDIV IV SMU

The PLSDIV system software can control the DC source monitor even in the Offline 
mode.
